I havent posted any progress pics for a while now, work has slowed down due to money gradually going

Bathroom before when weird lady was living here -

When her junk had gone -

And as it stands atm -

Walls need to be undercoated and painted, floor tiles need to be grouted, boxing needs to be painted, ceiling needs repainting and we are waiting on a friend of ours to fit the new (solid... no glass ) door

We decided to get rid of the bath because the bathroom is quite small and the only place i could of had it was where the original one was (making the bathroom feel tiny) im glad we did, as having the big shower is really nice!

Im sure most of you will agree it looks bigger now! I like it anyway

Jst got the rest of the house to finish up now

PS - sorry for crap pics!

How the hell did you manage to get tile adhesive all up the door (assuming that's what it is?).. were you throwing the stuff down from a distance?

Looking good anyway, but I think I'd have prefered a glass door on the shower, rather than a curtain.

Just noticed that the patterns in the floor tiles aren't the same way round.. was that done by choice, or by mistake?

My dad did it by mistake once with wall tiles, and my mum nearly put his head through them when I told her about it!

Stubs its not tile adhesive, its plaster from when a friend of ours reskimmed the living room

moasics were abit expensive, £10 a sheet, we used 1.5 sheets of the larger for the splashback and 2 sheets of he smaller for the shower surround

Dont want a glass door not when ur bathroom is on the back of ur living room.

But half solid half frosted posh glass wud be nice if it was upstairs!

ours are similar, we have them placed randomnly as well. They are black though so the pattern is less apparent.

Why not change the bathroom door to a solid one? or fit a curtain or roller blind to the back of it?

Surely, with being frosted glass, its not that bad anyway? Not like you shower with the door wid open is it?

You probably appreciate the bathroom more than a new car

We were going to have a glass shower door, but was £600 for the one i wanted so we are having a chrome pole and 'posh' shower curtain for now, which will eventually be replaced by a glass screen when money is back up

Cladding was removed when we had it redone (see bottom pics) as i hated it with a passion and attempted ripping it off myself

Reason being - she had done it herself, and looked crap
