Now im not talking coaching the local kids down the park I mean proper jobs. Any funny stories?

I applied for a job at the FA when i left college, it was on 35k at Lancaste gate and I never had the experience or qualifications to work at Mc Donalds let alone there

I received a letter in the post saying I hadn't got the job though

The good bit was it was official England paper with the 3 lions and everthing on it, I was rather chuffed

* Ive actually applied again for a similiar job at the FA which I could probably get.

I also applied for a job as Manager of Southend and Middlesborough when I was at college, again I failed but got quality replies. Made my day and certainly made us all laugh

Every time an england manager gets sacked I send off my CV.

Started as a joke with some mates once when i was looking for a new job when Hoddle was sacked and i just put an extra CV in the post.

To date i never had a interview.

Guy I sit near at Huddersfield applied for the managers job at Bradford City a few years ago, he even included his Champ Man achievements on his CV
