I'm having one done by a mate in a bodyshop for Ali's Corsa and was thinking if once we have the perfect plate made up for the welding onto the bonnet if anyone would want to buy them? ie if the plates were made so that all was needed was to have them welded on, smoothed and painted.
LuckyB (Dave) if your reading this it's Neil that is doing it

I'd have one set off you, but they'd have to be cheap and a thick-ish grade of steel.

the thicker the metal is the harder it would be to make them flush as your headlights do stick out quite a bit from the bonnet

They are so easy to make that I'm not sure if people would pay the extra to buy them ready cut... Worth a go though as it will cost fuck all to do and a few hours to do it. Ebay

as ed said it would tn be worth making as i dont think nebody would buy them unless they were def cheap enuff to consider it and they would have to have a return egde on the lip.
saw so many that are just a piece of steel welded in and no return lip. super shit
