first time i have been in years.
used to be quite good went every wed when i was young, did my bronze medallion in 6th year.

after 6 lengths i was knackered
managed to do 16 jsut

going to go again on friday after work. i am sooo unfit

Yeh you dont realise how unfit u are unless u go swimming!

When i go to do 30 - 40 lengths, which is quite crap considering i used to train 3 - 4 times a week

Robin, I imagine you have a huge right arm considering the amount of mug lifts you do each day

I used to love swimming, was in swimming club when I was a kid.

Used to have loads of badges sewn onto my speedo's when i was about 12

I went swimming for the 1st time in 10 years last week and sank like a stone. 6st is a lot of extra weight.

i enjoyed it, pool wasnt to busy either.
remember doing the swimming galas gettin badges and medals
