Just went for an interview for some shitty admin job that I don't really want but need the money, it's only 14k which is a pretty big pay cut but it's better than the dole.
Interview went well but they decided I was too qualified for it so they've put me forward for a web developer instead! I'll be over the fuckin moon if I get it

yeah im just about to start a job i dont really want but nearing £2.5k debt and also dont wanna get stuck on the doll...

Yeah, market is kinda stagnant at the moment. Had some interest in the visualisation side but nothing concrete yet.

Ash, I'm having exactly the same thing - I put all my eggs into one basket with the Dubai job and it fell through - the companies decided to stay here - still want to move over there

but getting a job in industry is a nightmare; I'm still managing the restaurant I was at before I went to uni

Well in Branners, had several interviews myself recently so know how horrid the whole process is... proper planning and confidence are the best tools mate

I work for the council and my managers arranged an interview for me with our IT department because im pretty much wasted in my place and there was a job comin up, aced the the interview and was dead happy.

Then some other job in the department became redundant, the bloke from that got the one i had been after, not even so much as a sorry!

After a while tho somethin even better came up and now im well happy.

Everythin happens for a reason!

I want to go into visualisation mate, so if you fancy combining talents, you do the modelling and I'll render them up

Could form a new consultancy

It's kinda comforting to know I'm not alone in my struggle!
