I watched that earlier.

It should have been the spectators who were banned, not the cars

would be better than the WRC now.

groub b cars iirc had no restrictions and were dangerously fast

Group B was basically unrestricted.

all you had to do was build 50 cars for the road, with the same bits.

most of the cars had 500+ bhp.

now, the cars are restricted, and have 300bhp.

Group B was faster, better, and more dangerous

youve never seen it !:

group b was diffrent in may ways, the main spec was that only 200 of the models had to be built to homoligate them, meaning that manufactures has to build a tiny percentage of cars to compete on the world stage

meaning road cars like the RS200, 037b, Pug T16, 6R4 appeard as all out rally cars with 600bhp plus

now the rules have changed meaning the WRC cars have to be high volume productions cars, max of 2.0 with restrcited inlets etc etc

the RS200 evos and audi S2 were rumoured to be 600+bhp

liam it was so lancia built a few delats that reportedly had hollow rollcages that stored N20 in them

and a few teams disguised n20 tanks as fire extinguisher
