They have just put a parking meter outside my block of flats. On the meter it says free parking until Sat 14th 0900. So therefore I can park there for free today. But oh no, they go stick a ticket on my car for some reason expecting me to pay up. Now I have to write Birmingham City Council another shitty letter about thier fucking traffic wardens. Why don't they just employ some people who can read and speak ENGLISH

To Whom It May Concern:
Today, the 13th October 2006 I arrived at my Silver Vauxhall Corsa registered V575GDP at approximately 1915 parked on Lower Loveday Street when I was confronted with a penalty charge notice numbered BM49149346 attached to my windscreen. I am writing to inform you that I will not be paying the penalty charge detailed in notice BM49149346 as detailed in the attached images the ticket machine clearly states that I was entitled free parking until 0800 on 14th October 2006. I expect to hear a reply from you soon, preferably by telephone on 078******63. Thank you.
