bbc1, 2 itv and 4 , all i get is 5

i havent got the sky connected to this telly cos only usually use it for watchin dvds but i get them sometimes then they all go for ages

my aerial seems fine, its not moved nor is the weather changing every half hour causing me to lose 4 channels. i think it might be their broadcast antenna
