well aint i a happy cunt 
got on the scales first thing this morning and i have lost a LOT of weight 
im now 18st 12lbs
last time i checked i was 20st 10lbs
GET IN 
well this CV and weights plan is working alright
45mins running every day
mon - arms, chest
tues - sholders, back
and alternate this each day. Have also added lots more protien in my diet... in the form of tuna and chicken.. soon to be added with Promax shakes..
have lost 4" off my waist too need to buy new jeans now

I find chicken is a better source of protein too. Lots of the stuff!

You running 45 mins non stop? 
Fair effort. Or are you allowing yourself to slow down and then go back to normal pace again?
I'm doing a 10km charity run this sunday and tbh I'm kinda shitting it, I've run 5km several times non stop in about 25-28 mins but I'm pretty knackered by then.

Good effort steve 
Since i put a stone on on holiday i stopped eating shit and drinking beer for 2 weeks and lost 5lbs  
Then aite loadsa pizza and shit and put on, yup 5 pounds 
I dont get the chance to go to the gym much tho, takes so much time and i hate running usually use the rowing machines but i only ever do 30mins total eally thats including weights lol

oh and this 45min run is BEFORE any lunch..
so i have breakfast then a couple of apples and a banana as a mid morning snack then go for run.. THEN eat sandwich, usually tuna or chicken or turkey. 2 slices of brown bread with a little salad stuff in it. no mayo etc..
and 3l of water each day plus OJ in morning and juice with dinner

i bring a change of clothing.. and have a lil wash when i get back in 
im the only freak that wants to be fit here. the rest of them eat cake, sweets and crisps ALL DAY (not kidding either, they eat all bloody day the fat gits)
