Right...
Me and the missus want to go on holiday in March to celebrate 2 years together. It has been left up to me to decide on the place and not tell her till we get to the airport 
Now I am thinking if we go somewhere like spain. I would love to go to morroco/Marakesh for a day or two while im down that end of the world 
So where would you recomend in Spain that is nice and touristy aswell. I want there to be lots of nice places to go eat and drink aswell as lots of stuff to during the day (im not a fan of water parks and beachs when on holiday, well being by the beech would be nice but I dont want to be lying on it all day everyday!)
I was thinking Barcelona, Alicante or maybe Malaga??
I assume from those locations we could get a ferry over to North Africa for a day or so?
Anyone got any good ideas of where to go in Spain? Or even if you have any better ideas for a holiday away for us. Will be about 4/5 days tops.

Why don't you go to salou, it's close enough to Barcelona to do the tourist things, it has a beach and theme park etc if you wanna be lazy daft etc...
Other than that try egypt
