they will be shot blasted and then powder coated. that's what the guy told me. 1 week to get done.

about right mate, its usally a fucker to get everything done powdercoating wise, as changing the powder takes time etc, them dryting is a good half a day to a day so week is about right

What if they are some deep scraches? (on the edges)

is this removed during the process?

That's really cheap. My local spot wants £40 per wheel which includes blasting and coating.

make friends with a powder coating place. dropped mine off today. £10 a wheel

they had already been dipped and blasted though and had no tyres on.

PPS in inverurie, 40 a wheel, i had a HEAP of stuff done there not that long ago, done a great job!

ive heard some good things about finesse, but my gf got a set of wheels done there 2 weeks ago and the powdercoating on one of them is cracked.

I get mine done free as my mate can powder coat at his place. Its just finding time to get the tires taken off and take them to him.
