colour today currently look like:





and want them to look like:




but not sure what finish to go for. the options are:

totally black or really dark grey?
satin or gloss?

what do you think? pics for inspiration are welcome

EDIT: IMO anthracite will look like a poor attempt at colour matching the bodywork.

dont go for black, black is too dark, a nice shade of Anthracite, like my arches etc

they are changing a the white looks odd with the black grille and morrettes when you see it in the flesh.

with a big thanks to my friendly powdercoater we decided on a colour and a finish that I am really pleased with satin black just made the tyres look too brown/grey and didnt give the wheels a defined, deep look. at the same time I didnt want anthracite as its too common and would look to similar to the car colour so we did them in a black and grey mix which gives an almost black finish but not too black and went with a matt topcoat with a fine texture. what do you think?

pics arent great as I cant move the car at the moment to a better location

Like it alot, the colour very closely matches the morettes which is good, they are not too dark either. Love it
