I bought some morrettes on ebay a while back and they were advertised as new but were a pile of shite when they turned up. cracked lenses, wiring missing, no new bulbs as promised, casings split.....

anyway I asked the seller to arrange a refund or send me the items they promised but he didnt. so I left bad feedback

now he has left me bad feedback and I didnt do anything wrong! how can I get it removed?

You can't

But you can put a comment saying why you left him feedback and basically putting him down!

well thats a load of shite. I waited for ages for a reply from him after I had recieved the lights but he didnt respond. so I painted them, fitted the air feeds and fitted them. it was 3 weeks later when he replied offering a refund excluding postage costs either way so I would have been £40 down and with no headlights.

everytime I read the description it makes me laugh. he made ot up completely as there were no bulbs, wiring, fixings, werent primered and casings were cracked, no relays.....

TBH i can see both sides of the coin, it is unreasonable to wait 3 weeks before getting back to you, but he did offer you a refund, and you did fit them and paint them, which in effect shows you have accepted them

tricky one
