make a false invoice or letterhead. was told today that they are tightening the rules though and all companies must have a vat registration number to get a trade card.

Ta, I guess it would be around £800-£900 with no discount. Think I might need to try and wangle a trade card through our farm business, though it does say motor industry, but we need tools and oils to maintain our machinary...

I have no problems with halfrauds stuff... i cant justify spending the amount of money snap on charge for tools ie £24 for an M8 spline socket.. when i can go ut and buy somthing thats a fraction of the price and still guaranteed for life..

I have been working on cars on a daily basis for years and never had a problem with halfords stuff, well not the proffesional stuff anyway. I used to buy facom tools until I found out that hafords pro stuff is made by Facom but is a better price.
