I used to be able to get up on time without too many presses of the good old snooze button. Now the alarm will go off at 6 and I'll just sleep right through until about 8:30. Meaning I have to spend money on getting the train into work instead of the coach
If i go to bed earlier I seem to feel more tired
Any techniques I could use to get me up and out of bed in the morning? Once I'm up and about I'm fine

The later I go to bed the easier it is for me to get up. I used to be up at 7 and at work by 7:30, don't start till 8:30 now

that because you're female Claire you need more time to make yourself look average at best.
What about if I have my alarm clock away from the bed so I have to get up in order to turn it off??

I set 3 alarms
The first wakes me up at 6 (so i can enjoy a little lay in and a cuddle )
The secound goes at 6.20 (to keep me awake, If i've gone back to sleep)
And the 6.30 one means Get up!
works well for me

I might try this.
I heard that drinking lots of water throughout the day helps to keep you feeling awake and not so lazy. Is this true?
