i can get some 17" mo's with out tyres for £300 in et44 but think they'll prob look too big on my car unless i can find some rally style wide arches?

not only will they look too big, they'll make it handle worse, and accelerate slower.

i doubt i would notice it acceleratin slower to be honest. ive run 17's before on my old nova and didnt notice any difference in the handling between them and the 16's i had on it. if anything the 17's where lighter on the steering for some reason

throttle control

you'll notice the difference between 15s and 17s.

what tyres are you using at the mo?

ive got yoko a539's on the front and uniroyal rainsports on the rear.

its only when driving hard in a straight line that they spin between gear changes. dont have any probs round corners tho

6 spokes only really work in 10x18.

and the 5 spokes pictured aren't vauxhall fitment ones, the spokes are different...
