Only thing to do is fit a new IACV as the one on the engine is stuck open, other than that it runs and sounds really well
really happy with this one, took abit longer than normal (4-5days) only cos we had a few bits missing and needed to order stuff, but turned out good in the end

If everythings there and go's to plan (Danny's had a few bits missing here and there) drop the car off Friday Tea time and you can have it back Sunday night.......
Friday night - Take Old Engine Out
Saturday - Fit New Engine
Sunday - start and Fault find if any problems

Yeah its been a fast conversion. We did plan 3 days like he said but the engine was missing the odd nut and bolt ect..So it took slightly longer than he thought..He done my mates conversion in 24hrs so he defo is quick and now his stuff ...Plus he had me to put up with txtin him every 5 mins...
Sooooo looking forward to collecting it tonight gotta run the engine in as its been sat a while...

O right...
The Filter im using at the moment was off a C16 as you can tell buy the size of the pipe...But it sounds lovely on my XE i mean a real loud growl...
I picked it up last night and it so nice to drive its un-real..Well better than my 1.4 sport and the power kept me smiling all the way home...Ive got a few little teething problems but thats too be expected but adam is gonna sort it all so..
