No that isn't sam's. Not sure who's it is - but im sure they are on CorsaSport.

I love that corsa, took a picture of that at PVS. Gave me alot of inspiration on my car

His username was Jim16v and still is as far as I know. He sold the car a few months back, dont know who to though. Its a gorgeous car, tried to talk him out of selling it but it didnt work.
