A mate of mine is pissed off because two of his mates (both girls) have claimed off his insurance after a crash he had back last year, he doesnt speak to them anymore because of other reasons, but now they have claimed off him hes reached boiling point.

If your best mate crashed his car and you had no serious injuries would you claim?

If he was pissed/stoned or driving like a dick yes, if it wasn't his fault etc no.

Depends weather he claimed from his insurance himself, if he/she didnt i wouldnt get his NCB taken away, but if he/she was to tell them then yes i would claim because it wouldnt be coming out of his pocket would it?

Two mates claimed off my mate when they crashed in 2003, one of them got 12k and another is about to get 30k

Its a joke to be honest, my mate that got the 12k was happy as larry as he has never worked a day since leaving school.
