Tech support is a disgrace, 60 min + waiting times to speak to someone. Got no picture, sound and they charge me £57 a month. Wankers

Anyone else had this problem? Going to complain.

ours has been crashing when you go onto 'Q' later at night. No idea why, it doesn't do it on any other channel apart from Q

Don't get us started...... We had a massive problem even spoke to Murdoch about it, paid £70 a month since I think 1986 have 3 boxes, all channels and prem plus every year since day one, bought a new £3k tv for HD and then got let down 5 times and never got had

Cutting a long story short we cancelled and then got art sports etc etc... After many a phone call of them trying to get us back we said no no no. We are now back on it for £5 a month (4 month contract and can cancel at any point)
