Been out driving today with Audi UK

never driven anything quattro before, or ragged anything 4wd but , what every you do you just cant loose it, amazing system (in a TT today)

entered a few roundabout (after loosing the convoy ) and about 50, chucked it in, and never been in somethign that grips so well, certainly puts a new spin on things

just a little story

Well cancelling this should secure a new M1 or M3 in a few years time

Yesh... as I understand it is still very much touch and go... originally it was to be a saloon but now there is inherent uncertainty!

It was basically supposed to replace the current M3 as the new M3 is going more upmarket and V8 so this with a Straight 6 was the natural replacment (in price terms anyhoo)

Don't know what is happening anyhoo but I am in love with the new M3 so the cancelling of ther S3 should help me get one oin a few years

This was floating around a while back!

namned as the M2 in the pic as at one pojt BM were considering naming the M1 the M2 and the M3 the M4 so that they could exploit 2 and 4 series but for fairly obvious reasons that is no longer the case!

I'm not generally keen on the new 3 series but from the start I have seen that the M3 would look immense and the coupe in some forms already looks great so the stage is set

Hmmm can you spot the E46 M3 in that picture, all they have done really is added the bottom half of an E90 to the old E46 M3!

Was at the launch of the new 3 series coupe on Sat and the sport was gorgerous, so the M3 will be special!
