My boss would be scared of me doing that yes as i'm a researcher although I don't know why the ferrari owner would approach my boss to get a new stereo though

If I had a ferarri the last thing I would be doing is to get some bloke at a friends work to do it. Id be taking it to the most expensive place I could find and make sure they are insured!

Why would the most expensive place be the best.
I'd do it myself though tbh.
Where do you work adam?

Theres much worse cars to work on these days. Not just the exotic stuff, but a few mainstream cars are becoming harder.

Try working on a beetle, everything about that car is a bitch to work on. I challenge anybody to work on one and not lose their rag
Also one for people in the know about VW's all i need to say is "sharan pollen filter"

that is correct. i do
meh, the work i did was top notch, the d-m decided he wanted to finish it so i let him get on with it
i went and wired up a aux into a golf
yesterday, it came back he wanted a more expensive stereo, dvd jvc avx2 jobbie
"my day off btw"
soooo the d-m fitted it, then left the stereo running whislt he fitted up a set of infinity speakers
erm
killed the battery
so, how do exacly bump start a ferrari when the gearbox is electeric ?
and the boot release is electric too
cant jump start it
he ended up finding the manual realease and had to fit a new battery before it went
and theres a switch to safegaurd the immob
he said to me today he isnt fitting anything again.
i think he shud stick to that and let me do it from now on

Need to get a screwdriver (thin one) and prise the clip down(located near the top outer corner) of the unit to get the stupid things out, just be careful of the paint!
Icould go ona all day about crappy VW jobs
Polo 2001>2003 (round headlight version) - driver side headlight bulb although the passenger side isnt too nice either
Lupo GTi gearbox, big box and no room
Golf mark 4 rear washer pipe in the passenger side rear quarter no room very fiddly
2000-2005 3B passat (the one thats just been replaced) downpipe / cat right bitch to get out. (take to kwik fit/other kwik fit type garage for a laugh watching them struggle their bollocks off "while-u-wait"
