been working at the company im with now for 10 months.
like the company and everything great people. Do IT out sourcing.
Contract before i was on was for Heinz and that was great. got on well with every one, boss was ace as were all the users.
Got a promotion about 6 weeks ago and started working on the companys new contract for o2. Its worth £15 million to the coompany a year and is their biggest contract yet.
Now most of my team good and we get along well.
Our boss on the other hand is very difficult to work with. Shes quite young for her role and got there very quickly.
Shes good at her job from an outsiders point of view but any one who has worked under her will tell you that shes not.
ive been working with her for 6 weeks. 4 of them under the new project. im few up with her. She only looks at the satistics from one angle and moans at people for anything.
I only moved from my previous role because it was meant to be a good move.
Now i dread going to work and sit watching the clock.
Quite a few people on my team are the same.
So after that little rant
Do I sit it out for a few months to see how it goes?
Make my move now and get a new job.
Or just sit there and do nothing?
Work is acctually getting me down. just a bad place to be

seems like she's treating you with the contempt you deserve tbh
maybe a change of attitude on your part is needed?

Edd: attitude has nothing to do with it. Im hard working, put in the other time, come in early, fix problems which i should hand over to other teams or shouldnt have been sent to my team because i know its a two minute fix.

but why give the spiel about how young she is?
she is obviously good at what she does
have a word with her and tell her your concerns
