just thought i would share with you all a couple photos of my mate jez's escort.
he owns a bodyshop called CARERRA hence why the car is soo immaculate!!

it started off as a xr3i 5years ago and since then its covered all of about 7k miles. its spent the good majority of the last 2years in the workshop under a cover apart from when its been at the shows.

its won 3 awards for best car at the show (cant remember which shows though)

its had a mk6 escort headlight conversion, 2.0 16v zetec engine conversion running twin 40 webber carbs with quiaff gearbox + alot more mods. it was rolling roaded at 201bhp at 6570rpm. its got 17" chromes, billet6 6pot calipers with 380mm brakes, coilovers all round, totally deseamed and smoothed engine bay along with loads more!

its going to be pulled to pieces this year and he expects that it wont come out untill the end of 2007 as he wants to totally deseam and smooth the entire car inside and make it abit more race inspired.

anyways, enough of the banter, heres the pics:

prefer the bronze fiesta they built.

the headlights look odd to me, but the quality of work is outstanding

and the engine bay is very tidy.
