They are AWESOME. Got Holly as a rescue when Dad was in the police, someone brought her in aged 5 weeks, basically the breeder had dumped her in the middle of Bolton as she was the runt of the litter and could bring the prices down.

Had her for 14 years though, usual lifespan is 9, she was brilliant. That first pic was from southport when she was younger, most of these she was over 10 I think. Came down one morning to find her collapsed in the kitchen, back legs pretty much paralysed, didn't have much choice other than to put her to sleep...could see that she was ready to go, didn't look happy any more then.

Shows how good they are for security too when we were burgled right after she died, must have realised there was no dog any more
