is it the law to have repeaters? I didn't think so...
if it is, then buy some of those stick-on repeaters, that they sell for putting on your mirrors.. use them as a temp for the MOT

i wanted to put the ones behind the grill on the front jus so i could drive home
he said no the bulb will be exposed to the elements and the wiring would be a fire hazard
old bumper will do til i finish the headlights off.
after a certain yr you must have side indicators visible somewhere. got ones stil gettin made

I think the rule with side repeaters is they have to be visable from standing a metre behind the car and a meter away from the car.

Side repeaters do not have to be fitted to the wings however if they are fitted they must work.
Indicators must be working on the front and rear!

Mine passed an MOT with indicators behind the lower front grille.
they only need to be visible when they are on according to my tester.

I was told you have to have side repeaters if they were there when it left the factory, i just bought a couple of them stick on ones from motorworld and stuck them on the wing and run the wire through, then as soon as i got it home took them off

From about 1984 you must have side repeaters OR wrap around front indicators.
