go on google and enter really complex words and then when you find one that comes up with very few results you can enter it on a website but i can remember what the site is, anyone know??

No i dont work in that bit, some of the people i work with though do that , i love listening to the customers going mad.

I have to deal with everyones complaints about the furniture, so boring, i have to arrange refunds, exchanges, collection and compensation etc

i have been doing stuff like that, an ringing her phone and just breathing really loudly down it lol, also have been transfering loads of random calls through to her phone

Today I changed two colleagues work phone display language to French and Italian One we changed back beofre leaving but the other we left overnight

Just changed the keyboards over, swoped mine with the older womans, i started writing "i am watching you" and "i know where you live" she got really scared an called the team manager over, but i just deleted everything, and as soon as the manager had gone i started again its so funny
