has anyone ever taken it? Ive got two jobs now doin bout 70 hrs a wk and i just need something to keep me going is this stuff good or can anyone recommend anything better?

my mate used to do night shifts, and he used to take loads of these. When i got to see him the next day he was so awake and high. but the afternoon he was on a big downer 
I have not had any, so cant really comment.

surely you don't think taking ProPlus is a good long term solution to keep you awake? Can't be good for your body.

ProPlus crushed up into a can of Redbull
liquid speed.. (we had this at Uni when we were late with papers etc.. seemed to work ok)

I wouldn't advise it TBH.
A Stobart driver i knew used to use Pro Plus. He ended up with his heart out of sync. He had to be killed, then resuccitated to get his heart back how it should be.

have done this before, didnt notice any different TBH.
But saying that I drink about 2 cans of it a day (used to be 4 or 5) and that doesnt seem to do anything on its own anyway.

I know There is only the same amount of caffine in one can as a coffee though so thats not too bad!

isn't there any sort of herbal stuff thats safe to take and helps? I drink loads of lucusade but that gets my hyper for 10mins then im tired again!
