Pirates is the best night out there , do the Uncut one and you will not regret it.
Also hit Coyote Ugly in BCM square.

There is a massive que for pirates untill the doors open so heres my tip:
Go to the bar down the road and wait untill tou see the que going down, join on the end, less standing about and more pissed
