Engine out, bay sprayed and waiting for new engine to go in courtesy of Mr Beard himself Hopefully will be back on the road in the next couple of weeks with the new engine, getting the wiring tidied up and fitting my new header tank, cant wait to finally get it sorted!

Engine spec again for anyone interested...
C20XE, jenvey DTH Throttle bodies, emerald M3K ECU, polished and ported head, bronze valve guides, double valve springs, CatCam 280 degree high lift cams, vernier pulleys, pocketed mahle pistons, ARPs, fully rebuilt bottom end with all new gaskets and seals, uprated oil pump with QED hardened steel internals, new waterpump, polished crank, lightened and balanced flywheel, 4-1 manifold, stainless straight though 2.25" exhaust, hoping for around 210bhp. Will be sure to get some vids up when its done

Looking good matt, nice that it's finally got to this stage now.
Still have the loom in the shed if you need/want it.

To spray the bay the same colour as the car, and to put in the new engine. Gavemy old one to the guy in the bodyshop in return for doing all the work, repairing the arches, and doing some work on the rear bumper. Worked out well for both of us

He got my old standard 2 litre, minus the chrome rocker cover and spark plug cover. My new engine has been sitting in my garage at home for about a year waiting to be built up but finally getting towards finished.
