I raced my mates 1991 Starlet GT Turbo the other day in my corsa sport 1.6 and i thought these starlets were fast?
The GT was standard and mines on coilovers and 16s,no other performance mods and it was neck and neck from the line then it was only just gaining a few car lengths once up to around 100mph, he was giving it everything and so was i so was mine really faster?
thought the Gt's had like around 135bhp?

IMHO a starlet GT should have a sport from 0-100.

iamm sorry but a mate has got a starlet turbo and a 1.6 sport should not be able to keep up with it,

yea true, my mate has a starlet, my gsi cant keep up
