Been seen the EX now and again but shes with a guy the now aswell we have been sleeping with each other but now she told me tonight that she didnt want anything else to do with me but still loves me

What should i do.. leave it ... or tell the dude shes going with the now that shes fucking um about but dont tell um it was with me
