Looks like a custom job. Standard bumper semi-smoothed with a splitter smoothed in maybe?

i dont think its gsi, looks like pre96 with tigra middle and some kinda splitted maybe irmscher post 97 on the bottom?

theres a few pics of it on that site and one with another car with the same bumper with fogs, thats what made me think it may be a production model of some sort?? think it looks ace
