already gone through the corsa sale (split/sell etc)

Now considering selling the 205 along with the rangie and corsa.... to fund the r32 GTR and a pickup, say something like a warrior, or along that lines.

Dont really need two track cars, and Fee wants to use the Impreza less to keep it in good nick, and put less miles on it. Its done about 50k now i think, and it 8 years old.

So... the pug...

Was bought by me about 2 years ago or more, maybe 2 1/2 as a spare road car. We started stripping it to make it a track car about 1.5 years ago. Its done about 5 or 6 track days this year.

1987 205 GTi 1.9 8v
2 months tax, 8 months MOT.
113k miles, but sound engine. K&N induction. Peugeot Sport GpN exhaust system.
New battery, new HT leads, new plugs, oil changed every 2nd trackday. New gear oil. New clutch cable. New Rad.
OMP 10pt Cage
OMP upper front strut
OMP lower front strut
KONI susp, springs with spare set of lower uprated springs
Poly bushes
GpA or N solid rear susp mounts
Refurbed rear beam
White speedlines (x5)
2x cobra buckets
2x 4pt 3" sparco harnesses
rear brake bias valve in car by handbrake
hand held fire extinguisher

COMES WITH:
4 spare TSW's with track tyres (new yoko's on two)
2 spare rear beams (1.9 GTi & 1.6 GTi)
Spare discs & pads

Has has a touch of welding done to rear corner of boot floor.

Car is all stickered up.

What would one pay..... 1800? less?

right...

So...

latest debate.

Sell the pug... sell/strip the corsa... sell the range rover.
Buy a R32 GTR, and L200 warrior

pro's con's?

Fee seems to be set on a warrior, but i'm not convinced. Why not a Navara, or what not even keep the bloody sofa range rover (LPG convert)

I agree the two track cars have to go to make way for the R32 GTR track car.

The warrior reasoning from Fee is that she doesnt want her TypeR getting wrecked (vandalised etc), so will garage it and use on weekends etc. So the warrior would be the daily hack for her, and a tow car.

My suggestion was to keep the Range Rover as a potential tow car, work horse thing, BUT buy a cheap 944 or supra or somthing for her to be a daily Then she murmered something about economical so i suggested a lupo TDi...

what the fuck....

pass dont know,

i think you need to think straigh as it seems a little confused to me

you both want 1 track car, = skyline,
so thats the corsa and pug gone

fee wants the impreza as a good car,
you are having the porshe as good car?

and you need a tow workhorse? and that is to be used as a day to day car by the both of you or just fee,
if you just need one then get a good alrounder, if you need 2 day to day cars get a tow workhorse anda small good mpg reliable car for high miles

just my view if its wrong then ignore it

Its really difficult to decide!
We need so much!
The 205 and corsa are going for a GTR....thats easy

The porsche is a good car that rarely gets used mostly because adam is offshore so much

I ideally want to start using the impreza less because at the moment I use it daily to get to work and for pretty much everythng else....

the range rover is pretty much redundant half the time.....its used everynow and then by adam to go up to the garage and get the porsche and everynow and then to tow

I need something for work...and ideally something that will tow as well.
but then again....in 7 months time or so I may be getting a new job that will most likely be in town so wont be able to use a car......

yes... see my point above.

Keep the RR as my runaround/tow car, and just buy Fee something cheap to run, lupo TDi

That is the most sensible option in my view.

If you're going to have a Skyline and a 911 you don't really need another Porsche or Supra as a runaround do you
