Good bits - front end is not too bad, perhaps I wouldn't have smoothed it so much though, wheels are nice, skirts are OK, side sweepy bits I could live with.
I would change the back bumper in fact the back end generally. Also needs lowering.

I dont really like the rear of that car, or the paint, it doesnt work on that car, but other than that I like it.
as you saying the owner says everyone likes it, it depends on what scene he is in and hanging around really, if hes more around the cruise scene then most people will like it as this is thier sorta car, but on here the majority of regular people are into the motorsport/performance scene and obviously wont like it

Judging by the meshing on the car the rest of the bodywork will be utter wank. If they cant take the time to put some mesh in neatly then they probably can't be arsed to do a metal flake properly.
