Vids - only MP4 will play

Music - MP3 only upto 2.50 ROM, then from 2.60 it will play WMA too, but no DRM protected files, and WMA playback needs to be enabled using the wi-fi connection first...

Foe converting videos, look here

ok do you know what version of the ROM is on your psp?

If its pre-2.60, then it will only allow you to play MP3 files, but if you have 2.60 or later, then go into System Settings, and scroll to Enable WMA Playback.

When you do this, it will say it needs to go online to do it, so connect it to the wireless network & job done!

If the Enable WMA Playback option isnt there, then you have an old ROM

DRM is protected WMA files, ones which need a licence to play, or were copied from CD with copy-protection added when they were ripped.

Also, when/if you need to update to the later ROM to play WMA files, alot of the emulators and bootloaders wont work no more, and the latest latest rom completely kills the GTA bootloader hack, so you cant run copied games
