We just tried to register my girlfriend with her own username (as shes the one with the corsa lol) But it now says Hotmail or free E-mail addresses will be rejected...

How can she join as all we have are hotmail accounts?

She'll need to make it past the automatic rejection of the list of addresses which we hold, it'll need a promotion code, which I can supply via u2u or email.
