Was reading on MIG about Steve Irwin and suddenly thought about Senna's crash.

Was it ever solved what caused the accident?

I remember ages ago there was a enquiry about summit on the car???

afaik, the conclusion was metal fatigue in his steering column, which caused it to break on the bump on the corner which unsettled about 5 cars that weekend and resulted in Senna and Razentberger fatally crashing
