What are the laws on towing cars away

For example. If my car was parked somewhere and someone didn't like it could they actually have my car towed? Personally I didn't think they could, but was curious.

If its blocking their drive or the public highway in general they can have it towed.

So if it's parked up on the pavement along with 5 other cars they can't single you out and have yours towed can they?

Towing of cars is unregulated. Clamping is. Therefore if you park somwhere people don't like then whoever is incharge of the land can get your car towed away.
