thats pretty cool, very useful if you check your CS emails else where - does the message get relayed in the email? or is it just notification?

Just notification although I could get the message in there also. Need to sort the logic first of it checking if you are currently online, then how long since you have been, then how long since you last had a notification and whether it needs to send you another.
