work everything evenly otherwise you'll look like a typical arm and chest boy who will get laughed at. More protein and carbs, take in more carbs than protein otherwise your body will use protein as an energy source.

Try changing your diet to include loads of protein, see how it goes, really is a task though, so much easier/convienent to aid your diet with suppliments if getting bigger is what you are aiming to do.
Yeah as Jake said, get hammering the squats etc, promotes growth in other areas through the hormones released when training your legs, with the quads being such big muscles.

Deadlifts
Chins/Pullups
Dumbell/Barbell Rows
T Bar rows
Lat pulldowns
Just sort your diet and that will help no-end. Check out the bodybuilding.com forums
Basic supps wont hurt though. Whey protein in shake form and creatine is what I take.

yeah but hes a naturally huge fucking lump of a man, IMHO he needs to supplement with at least protein. Getting the protein required to get a positive nitrogen balance for a guy of his size is going to be very difficult using food alone.
the comment about squats helping to release growth hormone and spur on other parts of the body is spot on. Dont think ive seen many people that squat with weak physiques tbh.
Steve for back bent over barbell rows, really load that bar up and get some thickness on that back

I'd add some shakes(protein) in there, probably 2 a day to start with as well as adding protein foods to your diet.
I aim for 2 chicken breasts a day as its a rich source of protein.
Make sure to train back/shoulders as well as arms and chest other wise you will look barrell chested and silly.
If you want to increase arm size make sure you work your triceps well, people tend to miss them and focus on the bicep(big mistake).
I also find that doing good old chin ups/tricep dips/normal dips at the end of each session really makes a difference!

Practice chin ups even if you can only do 1 at a time.
Just work your way up even if you can only manage 2 the next time its an improvement.
True strength is being able to lift your own body weight.
When I first started training, I was the stupid kid who only trained arms and chest!
Now i ALWAYS include an excercise that includes lifting my body weight.
Wide grip chin ups are awesome for your back too!

Does your gym not have one of those chin up machines that gives you a little bit of support? Mine does and used to have it on the lowest support but now can manage 2 sets of 8 without any support, just

But isn't that going to make him gain more weight thus giving him more work to do in the gym?
