Hey Guys n Gals,
In the hope of raising plenty of dosh for Devon Air Ambulance, we are staging a marathon rolling road event on Saturday 14th October this year at www.apmotors.co.uk.
Total Vauxhall magazine have confirmed they will be in attendance as well as possible coverage by local newspapers and Radio stations.
AP motors have agreed to give us a great price so each car run will cost £25, £5 of which will be going to Devon’s Air Ambulance.
As this is a charity event we do require a deposit of £5 paid directly to AP Motors, just to ensure a good turnout.
Deposit can be paid by Card, Cheque, postal order or Cash if you are in the area.
Please be sure to give your contact details so that a reciept can be made out to you, also you will be given a number when you've paid which will indicate your place in the Dyno Queue on the day.
The event will be starting at around 8.00am

The generous Guys on one forum have a few members that cant make the event but have offered to make a donation anyway.
If anyone else cant make it on the day but would still like to support the cause, you could make cheques or postal orders out to 'VxSCC Southwest Region' and send them to Mr W. Barker, 51 Gillards Close, Rockwell Green, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 9DX.

Ok People,
I contacted AP motors and was a little disappointed to hear that out of the 40 people interested........only 16 deposits have been made.
Some of those who have made deposits weren't asked for details or offered a 'run number'. So I'll be keeping the list updated from now on.
The sooner you get your deposit paid, the earlier you will hit the rollers.
I will be handing out a copy of the final list on the day together with a disclaimer form to be signed before you will be allowed to run..........then you will have to make final payment of £20
