Sad sad day today. My little dog had been really ill over the last 3/4 days and we knew she wasn't in any state to carry on so my parents took her to the vet and she got put to sleep about 5:30pm

I knew this day was coming and I knew it'd be hard but it killed me saying goodbye. Had her for 10 years, she was nearly 15. Getting her cremated and will keep her ashes next to a picture of her.

Its horrible. You know it has to be done but that doesnt make it much easier. I didnt go to the vet though, my mum and dad did. Watching them take her away in her little bed was horrible

Sorry mate i know how you must feel. My dog K.C. was diagnosed with renal failure and told he had 6-12 months to live, which was 6 months ago. He's started to go off his food now too, not looking forward to the day he goes

That's shit Nath.

So sorry to hear it mate.

You have my sympathies sunshine.

Our Charlie (black Labrador ) is on borrowed time as he has cancer in his nose, so we are just making the most of the time we have with him.

She looks like a lovely little character Nath. Beautiful dog.

I know it's easy to say, but try and keep your chin up mate.

At least she was happy and well looked after and most important of all, loved.

I promise you, it will get better with time Nath.

Sorry dude

We have 4 Yorkshire Terriers, great little dogs. Always get a sly little bite off them lol.

Like yours, one of our is 15. She just sleeps all day but seems happy. No pain or nothing and everything seems to work. Took her out the other day in the car and now she won't leave me alone lol. But we will have to let her go at some point Also got another 3 a little younger.
