every morning i have a can of baked beans on 3 slices of toast, followed by a piece of fruit and a couple glasses of milk and a coffee (hell yeah for the coffee), then mid morning break of nutrigrain cereal or something similar, then lunch time something like pasta ie spag bol or lasagne or carbonara, then maybe a Milo bar before i go home from work, then i have my dinner which usually consists of either red or white meat/fish with veg/chips/salad etc

i work in a receiving dock and trying to bulk up at the moment, but with the work i do and the heat, its hard to gain weight/mass because of water loss!!

We talking about lunch or dinner?

She sometimes makes me sandwiches like a packed lunch school days all over again.

Otherwise we get those ready meals from Tescos 4 for £5 and i take those to work, means i spend less as well.

Dinner is always waiting for me when I get in unless she's on a late in which case I'll cook something
