IMHO them Fibre glass Resin boot panels are shit...They warp in the heat and they crack and bow...So a welded one is the way forward,As for fixing one on id use tigerseal then fibreglass and filler to smooth it in to the bodywork../

ok, thanks danny,if you think having a panel welded in is the best solution then thats what ill do,you see i have brought a K reg corsa 2 months ago,i have completely stripped it and my dads took the the car to his work and had the whole thing blasted,i have had the arches rolled and all that,well im just looking for a few ideas to mod the car up abit now,would you recamend a bodykit if so which 1,And will it make much difference to my insurance as i only just turned 17.thanks
