basically my missus had her hen party arranged by a company called 'bash ltd'. it was a nightmare weekend which was all caused by the company, and ruined her hen party. i have been in touch with them by phone and email and the guy who is in charge dodges all calls, ignores emails etc. ive lost several hundred quid down the pan because of this.
can anyone find me the registered owner of the business etc so i can get my solicitor to start actions against them. any info will be a help, just want to set ball rolling before i go on honeymoon sunday.

ta james, really want to try and find if company is registered to a guy named dan tho, as its him that messes me around. he must pay half a dozen idiots to take his calls and is always in a meeting!!!

basically ally, missus and mates went to london for hen weekend, supposed to have flights on the eye ( paid for in deal) but when they got there the tickets werent right, so they didn't go on. they had a meal paid for in a restaurant that was shite, and wasnt what they booked ie was supposed to be planet hollywood but ended up some place inside a nightclub. also supposed to have vip tickets to a top london club ie china whites etc, but was a dive in the middle of leicester square.
the bloke is hiding from me, dodging calls, ignoring email, is always in a meeting etc, and i have had enough of it.

yes i am mate as they wont put you through to him, they just try and sell you a weekend away else! i ring up and ask to speak to dan, straight away they say hes in meetings without even knowing who is calling, so i guess im not the only one chasing him!!!

Try trading standards for advice mate. I had a similar problem last year and they took the case up for me

Try trading standards or threaten to name in shame them in the media- watchdog etc

already told them - get me a response by 5pm or solicitor involved, trading standards backing me for breach of contract etc, just waiting for their next move, or more likely lack of move
