vagweb wont work properly also various vids that people have posted dont work properly, at least cs is working properly

I've just hooked up my new PC, I think that might have something to do with it.

Can someone explain also why I need a wireless adapter on a PC? I can understand on a laptop not on a PC that you can't lug about.
