Sitting at the computer never had this problem before.

My neck is very stiff and i feel like i have terrible pressure behind the ears and the back of my head.

I have checked my posture and my screen position etc, but its happening in the evenings now as well?

Any thoughts?

i suspect you are suffering from meningocorsa disease, looking at too many Corsa's within a set time period causes your spine to snap just below the neck
