Go towards tesco out of yours, through the traffic lights, past bp and tesco, take the first exit at the round about and join the m20, join the m25, take th m1, junction 15a onto the a43, signposted silverstone

Youre better off with my original answer rob, traffic will be lighrter and more controlled, can guaranteeit as thats the way i go... m25 from urs then m40 at j16 an come off at a43 junction on M40!!
