i must admit i eat rather badly and a lot at that, and i do very little exercise, but im still 'relatively' thin compared to some of the biffers u see these days....cant be doing my inner self any good mind you

She shouldnt really exercise, the strain on her heart could cause a heart attack!

How awful thou, shes not only sitting on death row because of her food addictions, but shes got illness/cancers from being so overweight!

Its a bad enough feeling knowing that your a fatty boom boom because of what you put in your own mouth, let alone knowing that you've got other illnesses because of it!

what I don't get Ally is how people can actually let themselves get like this? they must see themselves in the mirror and think "wtf am I doing to myself"?

And after a brief chat with the girls on my team I deffo don't eat 5000 calories a day

Big Mac Meal is about 1400 calories and thats the fattest thing I am likely to eat.

Its easier than you think, you become dependent on food, especially when you are feeling down!

You don't realise just how big you get untill one day u have a wake up call! I saw myself in a photo and just thought, oh shit, im beginning to look like big momma

Some people never ever see what they have become, sounds like this teenager just cant see the damage she is doing, and i know this is awful but she is going to die, its too late for her.
